Urinary incontinence in women is a condition of high incidence and associated with an impact on quality life. Conservative treatment modalities are important resource the management this condition, since they can be prescribed based clinical diagnosis without need for additional tests. The present study aims to gather current evidence conservative available female published last 5 years. Conducting search Medline LILACS databases, 28 articles were identified, categorized level 1b 2b by Oxford classification, which original results physical therapy, medication behavioral non-community incontinence. state art demonstrates domain studies degree involving therapy practice pelvic floor muscle training. Evidence from analyzed statistically demonstrated superiority method relation control groups, or groups submitted other interventions. Positive related transcutaneous electrical stimulation therapies, intravaginal stimulation, duloxetine, noradrenaline receptor inhibitors, continence pessaries, lifestyle changes was also observed.
